Where context is usually lost

Project Controls runs across the budget, procurement, execution, and closeout. A person issues the revision the next team uses. Editing a draft does not rewrite the issued record.

    A person records the approved commercial scope as the budget. Project Controls measures later cost against that structure.

  2. BudgetProcurement

    Buyers request the issued quantity. A person awards the commitment, and that commitment stays visible to Project Controls.

  3. Purchasing and the fieldProject Controls

    Cost review continues while purchasing and execution are still open. It is not a step that starts after the field work.

  4. ExecutionCloseout

    Installed quantities and the issued commercial record stay together for handover. Closeout is part of Execution.

Assistance and customization

When AI assistance is enabled for an organization, it can summarize stored estimate revisions, RFQ comparisons, and field progress. Your team reviews its suggestions and remains responsible for bid approval, vendor awards, and engineering decisions.

Administrators can publish governed custom modules inside Infrenta to adapt the workspace to their organization.

A compiled estimate total can be opened into quantity, rate, and revision. That inspector is available to invited users; it is not the default estimating workspace for every customer.
