Decision-support geotechnical evaluation and ground-mount layout engines as implemented in the current product. Outputs remain engineering decision-support, not sealed design.
- NewGeoLab foundation evaluation for systems including driven piles, helical piles, ground screws, and ballast, with confidence caps when critical depths are unknown.
- NewSolar Layout Studio buildable areas, table and row assemblies, pitch, setbacks, and quantity roll-ups.
- ImprovedSteel Intelligence pricing, consumption, galvanizing, and escalation logic for structural cost exposure.

August 2026 product update — Estimating and commercial
Estimating updates include calculation graphs, cost build-ups, markups, and revision-aware drafts. An inspector that opens a compiled total is available to invited users.
- NewInvited users can open a compiled value to formula, quantity, rate, dependencies, and revision context.
- NewCost build-ups that can compile materials, crew, equipment, freight, galvanizing, allowances, and indirects by method.
- ImprovedMarkup, contingency, and escalation kept distinct from measured cost; scenarios remain comparable on the same estimate.
