Projects accumulate files: drawings, geotechnical reports, supplier PDFs, and issued proposals. Document assistance in the product can classify and extract from some of those files for authorized users.

Integration intent

Common needs include pushing issued drawings into Infrenta, or retrieving an approved package for an owner data room.

Constraints

• Files are company-scoped.
• Revision matters. Overwriting “latest.pdf” without a revision id recreates the problem Infrenta is trying to solve.
• Extracted fields are assistance, not a certified takeoff, until a person accepts them.

Public document upload/download endpoints are not listed here. Implementation teams receive the contract that applies to their environment.
