Execution

Execution overview

How the Execution workspace organizes daily reports, production, resources and logistics, quality and safety, and closeout on the project.

Updated 2026-08-22

Execution is the construction and field workspace. It is where the project stops being only a priced design and becomes a daily record of work, resources, quality, and closeout.

The workspace is organized into sections that match how field teams actually navigate:

  • Overview
  • Daily Reports
  • Production
  • Resources & Logistics
  • Quality & Safety
  • Closeout

Each section is permissioned. Not every user sees every tab.

Why it belongs on the same project

If daily installed quantities never meet the estimate’s production assumptions, Project Controls will show a surprise late. Execution is how those quantities can live on the same project record instead of in a superintendent’s notebook.
