Procurement is the workspace that turns an approved commercial scope into sourcing activity: vendors, RFQs, quotations, comparison, and package tracking.

The design intent is that packages inherit approved quantities, engineering holds, and lead-time exposure rather than being rebuilt in a side spreadsheet.

  • vendor records and qualification
  • RFQ creation, issue, vendor invite, and close
  • supplier quotations
  • comparison including landed-cost and lead-time views
  • package readiness and long-lead signals

How it connects

Estimating supplies the baseline. Trade & Tariff can inform origin and duty assumptions. Project Controls consumes commitments. Execution sees deliveries later.

If procurement prices a different quantity than the approved estimate revision, variance is guaranteed.
