Production

Production is the Execution section for installed work. It includes work packages, a production ledger, and materials tracking.

Work packages

Work packages break the job into executable scopes. They are the field analogue of estimate items: if the package structure shares no DNA with the estimate, progress percent becomes a story instead of a measurement.

Production ledger

The ledger records installed quantities over time. Combined with daily reports, it supports progress views and installation totals.

Materials

Materials tracking in this section is about what is on hand and what was installed — not a full ERP warehouse. Connect it to deliveries in Resources & Logistics so the same truck is not counted twice.
