Execution
Quality and safety
How quality summaries, quality records, and incident tracking support HSE and QA/QC during execution.
Updated 2026-08-22
Quality & Safety holds the QA/QC and HSE side of Execution: a summary view, quality records, and incidents.
Quality records can include inspections, NCRs, punch lists, permits, JSAs, toolbox talks, and related field quality artifacts depending on which records are in use on the project.
Summary versus records
The summary is for leadership visibility. The records are the evidence. A green summary with empty records is not a quality program.
Incidents
Incident tracking is a safety record. It is not a substitute for your organization’s legal reporting obligations.
Quality and safety data also feeds closeout: incomplete punch lists and open NCRs are completion blockers, not paperwork trivia.
